In 1991 Billy and Akaisha Kaderli retired at the age
of 38. Now, into their 4th decade of this
financially independent lifestyle, they invite you
to take advantage of their wisdom and experience.

Great insight!
I’ve been a believer in AI for quite awhile now.
Heard good things about Grok but I’m a subscriber to
Gemini and have invested in their Pro version. It’s
significantly more detailed than public free
offering since it doesn’t just grab first hit but
searching in a robust deep think mode around
specific parameters. I use it extensively for my
online trading research and yes I’ve dumped a
rheumatologist and am in process of interviewing a
third to balance out my GP, Cardiologist and kidney
guy, none of which I don’t double check with my AI
executive assistant. There’s a reason why they say
practicing medicine so depth of available knowledge
is latest including new breakthroughs. This will in
my opinion be standard practice as AI matures.
Thoughts and prayers with you guys…Cliff
Good morning
Akaisha! I hope you're having a good day. Not too
much discomfort. I have read the last two articles
Billy wrote! The first was very touching. Made me
tear up! The latest one was about Doc Grok. Very
interesting and informative! You can bet we will be
using it as well! Thank Billy and Hi to him from us
too! Positive energy heading your way Jack
Billy, Billy,
that is remarkable! Very good to know about. I’ve
used AI for other things and topics but not Doc Grok
specifically. Will start immediately. Thanks. Dale
Billy, you're a
good man. I appreciate so much both your time to
communicate your daily struggles and issues with
this unfortunate situation. I believe there is a
good chance that I too will be thrust into the role
of caregiver in the next decade or so with my wife
as she is quite a bit older than me. We have had a
similar long term entwined relationship that will
make that time very challenging for me. I will be
recalling and leaning on your example to help see me
through that time if and when it comes. I think
about you often and wish you strength and courage as
you face this situation that has changed both your
lives so decidedly. It is quite obvious Akaisha is
in very good hands with you overseeing her care. I
am so glad you can find some peace and solace at
times as you face this circumstance that none of us
are trained for or believe will ever happen to us.
Please carry on for her best care and know that you
are being prayed for and thought of fondly by so
many of your followers. Thank you for all your
guidance over the years and especially in this
particular phase of your life that people like me
still derive so much knowledge from! You are
Akaisha's earthly angel and I'm sure she would do
the same for you if the situation was reversed. I
have my own angel who would do their best to take
care of me so I must try the same if and when that
time presents itself. You show it can be done no
matter the issues! Thank you! Dan
Wow, this is
really helpful to know, Billy. Thank you for
alerting me to this tool & how to properly use it.
AI is here to stay, but it's really great to know
how useful it can be to us mere mortals! Lisa
Getting your
house in order for retirement or financial
independence is not that difficult. Many investment
professionals, journalists, and commentators seem to
complicate the issue to the point that even we can't
understand it.
I’ve said it many
times before: caregiving for the person you love
more than life itself drains you in ways you never
imagined. The thousand small tasks she once handled
without a second thought now rest on my shoulders.
Akaisha has always been a force—an independent
producer, a creator, my perfect partner. We built
our life and our work side by side.
There are many
times while sitting alone quietly, my mind wonders
and wishes I had asked docs this or that. Of coarse,
if I had known the question I would have asked, but
it just now popped into my head. It’s a great time
for technology advances and my introduction to AI.
The S&P 500 churned between
roughly 7,080 and 7,140 for most of the week. But
Friday, did make a push to all-time highs. That kind
of tight, high-level consolidation following an
explosive move is technically constructive.
Historically, it suggests the market is digesting
gains rather than distributing them.
Should we keep
our current home and all the corresponding expenses
like property tax, insurance, repairs and
maintenance? Maybe we need to downsize so we can ...
When you are in a
situation such as mine (supposedly racing towards
death) people want to say something helpful and
supportive. It’s my opinion that ...
Sure, you get
a paycheck, but what about the expenses associated
with working? Let's explore the hidden costs that
can eat away at your financial well-being.
It’s hard enough
to be ill dealing with pain, doctors, hospitals,
money flying out of your pockets, and trying to keep
organization about the whole thing that makes some
kind of sense.
Globe Trotting is also known as slow travel - and in
our case, very slow travel. Wanderlust is in our
blood. We enjoy learning about and experiencing
uniquely unusual locations around the globe.
Peer Pressure
We know all too well this particular confrontation,
as we encountered it ourselves in 1991 when we
pulled the plug from the conventional working world
at the age of 38.
First, we want to say that there is no one right way
to travel, and as long as you know your particular
style, you should be able to make the most of the
challenges that come your way. And there will be
challenges.
Some say we were
lucky, other’s say it was fate. Whatever it was, we
returned to Chapala, Mexico. Then the wheels of the
cart fell off.
The
critical ingredient is getting off your butt and
doing something. It's as simple as that. A lot
of people have ideas, but there are few who
decide to do something about them now. Not
tomorrow. Not next week. But today. The true
entrepreneur is a doer, not a dreamer. —Nolan

which they've become accustomed.
